Badass sewing machine whisperer here - watch me refurbish a vintage serger from 1988! While I have had nightmares about threading 2 needles and 2 loopers (WTF is a looper anyway), I am confident we can git’er done! This Babylock 5280E is a new-to-me vintage 80’s overlock machine that I got for free. So far, I have plugged her in and confirmed she works... the problem is I don’t know how to work her yet. Let’s give this overlock machine a clean-up, thread her up, and figure out how to operate.
