▪️ AM : Grounding Rituals ( reading, writing, coffee )
▪️ AM : Move Into the Day ( run, yoga, workout, etc )
▪️ AM : The Search for Inspiration - Passive ( Watch, read, listen to something to get inspired )
▪️AM : The Search for Inspiration - Active ( Do something with what you learned in the first part, writing, drawing, it can be whatever you want )

▪️PM : Creative block 1 & 2
▪️PM : Unwind and reflect
▪️PM : Slow creativity (something that you know how to do and doesn't ask too much brain power)
