When reversing, look forward to see if your vehicle is straight. And yes, you can use a backup camera when reversing. You just can't use it as your primary line of sight. You still have to look out the back window. And for your winter driving test, you have to stay out of the snowbanks. Driving examiners, for whatever reasons, don't want to push your car. And striking a snowbank or getting stuck are usually an automatic fail on a driver's test.
