Good morning, dear friend. Before the weekend plans, chores, and next week’s worries rush in—pause and breathe. Saturdays are meant for rest, yet so many of us carry the exhaustion of the week straight into the weekend. Sometimes the heaviest burden isn’t our to-do list—it’s the emotional bruises, the silent fatigue, the loneliness in a crowded room, and the anxiety that refuses to “clock out.” 🤍

In this prayer, we come to Jesus with three specific requests: emotional healing, deep restorative rest, and clear divine guidance for the days ahead. 🌿 Matthew 11:28 reminds us that Jesus invites the weary to come and receive real rest—not numbness, not distraction, but restoration for the soul.
