I used the standard strategy that has been shared before to clear Merciless XP! stage. This strategy requires using Bombercat to freeze Razorblack and at the same time use Manic Macho Leg to kill Director Kurosawah using shockwave. We should send out a few attackers such as Manic Flying Cat to kill Gory Black, Shadow Boxer K and Dark Otter.

Merciless XP Schedule
Tuesday: 13:00 ~ 14:00
Thursday: 17:00 ~ 18:00
Saturday: 10:00 ~ 11:00
Sunday: 21:00 ~ 22:00

Using a Treasure Radar and a Cat Jobs, we can get 3,073,400 XP (1,043, 400 stage clear XP).
Without Cat Jobs, we can get 695,600 stage clear XP plus XP drop reward.
XP drop rewards:
2,030,000 XP (10%, unlimited)
1,020,000 XP (30%, unlimited)
510,000 XP (100%, unlimited)

Without using any items, the total amount of XP we get ranges from 1,205,600 XP to 2,725,600 XP.
With a Treasure Radar, it would give us the amount of XP similar to The Proving Grounds Expert

Comparing Merciless XP! and The Proving Grounds Expert
3,073,400 XP / 500 energy = 6146.8 XP / energy
2,794,000 XP / 300 energy = 9313.3 XP / energy
The Proving Grounds Expert is definitely the more efficient way to farm XP.
