This video was recorded on an OFFICIAL server in ARK: Survival Ascended.

After defending a Lost Colony drop, I obtained a really good Thrall and was able to control it normally.
After returning to my character, the Thrall completely disappeared.

I don’t have the exact moment recorded, but after tracking it in the settings, it turns out the Thrall is stuck under the map, just like several of my other creatures.

❗ No mods
❗ No boosted rates
❗ Not single player

At this point, I have lost 9 creatures to this glitch on Official servers:
• 7 Veilwyns
• 1 Doedicurus
• 1 Thrall

Bugs like this heavily slow down progress on Official servers, forcing you to retame and relevel with no actual progression.

❓ Community question:
Does anyone know any way to recover creatures stuck under the map on Official servers?
Any ideas, tricks, or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
