This hat is an original Mad Cap design and was very popular when first introduced to the fun public back in the early 1990's!!

Use good quality Polar Fleece for best results. Good quality means that at least one side has a brushed or veloured finish to prevent pilling. In the video I also make one with jogging fleece which turned out great too.
