Here is a full real world test with several tanks of E85 Ethanol fuel in my 2018 Ford F150 5.0 V8. Does seeing a $1 savings at the gas pump translate into actually saving money? I test E85 vs Gasoline and calculate the total MPG and money saved. Also, we discuss ALL things to consider while making the change to Ethanol vs Gasoline.
