Jasmine White Rice in Japanese Rice Cooker

The convenient and wonderful rice cooker. This is a Panasonic SR-DE 103 (~$90) which has fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic allows a computer to make decisions and adjust itself. This applied in rice making allows for varying temperatures that cook the rice better than just plain heat.


So I present to you how to make rice in your rice cooker!

Add X cups of rice to cooker. Then simply fill water to level X (2 rice-cooker cups of rice, means fill water to level 2).
Note: rice should be present in the bowl when filling the water to be accurate with the water ratio.

And it only takes about 30 minutes to as little as 15.
