Bamboo Village Beach Resort & Spa turned 20 years on September 26, 2018

OUR STORY
The year was 1995. Mrs Loan Ngo fell in love with Mui Ne and bought a piece of coastal land with a vision of a traditional Vietnamese resort. For the next couple of years, she commuted from HCMC every weekend to build Bamboo Village from ground zero. She drained her life savings and her time into what a lot of people saw as a passion project with little chance of profitability.

Despite the naysayers, Mrs Ngo persevered and continued on her path. Good thing she didn’t quit, because not only has she built one of the greenest, most visited destinations in Vietnam, she also built a community of passionate, hardworking and blissful bamboo villagers who love their jobs and treat their guests as if they’re part of the family.

Thank you Mrs Ngo for giving us a great legacy, joy and purpose. We promise to embrace the next 20 years with the same strength and dignity as you have shown us!
