The Poor Student pancakes got their name because of their budget composition. The filling of these pancakes includes stewed cabbage and eggs. The dough for the pancakes themselves can be made any, with milk or mineral water. Who likes it better. Personally, I like milk more. Pancakes on this dough are soft and tender.

white cabbage - 500 g, onion - 1 head,
carrot - 1 piece, sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.l.,
ground black pepper - to taste, salt - to taste,
milk - 1 liter, chicken eggs - 3 pcs.,
sugar - 2 tsp., flour - 12 tbsp.l.,
eggs boiled - 3 pieces,
