I came across a listing on eBay for a 2009 Proof UK coin set, which included the Kew Gardens 50p coin, a highly collectable coin, the "holy grail" of decimal UK coins.

it was priced correctly, and had lots of photos of the coins. It was only when I looked closer that the 50p Kew Gardens coin just didn't look right.

It goes to show that you need to pay close attention when checking out any listing before buying the coin, or any other item.
