Biscotti means “twice baked”. These are Italian biscuits which are crunchy.
No wonder, Italians have given us a lot in terms of pastries, pastas, pizzas etc. Grateful ☺️

Because we are dedicated to 100% eggless, I have created an egg free biscotti recipe for you all.

Pistachio and Cranberry Biscotti Recipe👇🏻
🌿 136g Flour (1 cup)
🌿 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
🌿 56g Butter (3 tbsp + 1 tsp )
🌿 70g Sugar ( 1/3 cup)
🌿 30g Milk ( 2 tbsp)
🌿 16g oats (2 tbsp)
🌿 20g pistachios (1/4 Cup)
🌿 30g cranberries (1/3 Cup)
🌿 1/2 tsp/ Vanilla extract orange zest
🌿 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

First Bake : at 160 degree celsius for 15-20 minutes.
Second Bake : at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes on each side.
