Home vs Pro Brewer: Brewing the SAME BEER on HOMEBREW & PRO SYSTEMS

When a local brewery asks you to team up with them and brew a beer together, you do it! I'm joining Twisted Fate Brewing in Danvers, Massachusetts to brew a 7 BBL batch of Hazy New Zealand IPA! Their head brewer Dave and I came up with a recipe together and not only did I help brew it on their full scale equipment but I also brewed it at home! Curious to see if there were any differences between the beers, we pitted them head to head!
