RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
1lb Ground Beef
1/2 lb Italian Sausage
1 box Chicken Broth
1/2 box Beef Broth
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
2-15oz cans Diced Tomatoes
1 box Lasagna Noodles
1 tbsp Basil
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Season All Or Seasoned Salt
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Tomato Boullion Powder
1 small container Ricotta Cheese
1 small bag Italian Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook together ground hamburger and italian sausage until brown
2. Drain fat
3. Add jar of favorite spaghetti sauce
4. Add chicken & beef broth
5. Crush lasagna noodles
6. Add diced tomatoes
7. Add seasonings and adjust to your liking
8. Stir soup together well
9. Bring to boil, then turn down to simmer for 8 minutes
10. On the side in a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, Italian cheese, and seasonings (I used Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a dash of season all)
11. Add heavy whipping cream to soup
12. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of ricotta mixture to soup
13. Stir soup well
14. Cook for another 2 minutes
15. Optional: Top bowl with ricotta mixture & serve with your favorite garlic bread
