NOFX - Eat the Meek - Drum Cover

Drum cover of the song Eat the Meek by NOFX, from the the album So Long and Thanks for All the Shoes from 1997. The reggae ballad, and my less favorite of the record, but we can't deny that this is a technical song on drums. It seems easy, but it's not that easy, due the hi hat shuffles (this "broken" beat, technique created by the Beetle Ringo Starr, and believe me, for a beginner drummer it's a pain in the ass to keep it). Another session that I highlight is the end with the cross stick Copperland (The Police) style, followed by the punk outro with lots on pivots on bass. The copyrights belong to the band.

A baladinha reggae, e a que menos gosto do disco, mas não podemos negar que é uma música técnica na batera. Parece fácil, mas nem tanto, devido aos shuffles no hi hat (essa levada "quebrada", técnica criada pelo Beetle Ringo Starr, e acredite, para um baterista iniciante, é bem difícil manter). Outra parte que destaco é o final com as batidas no aro estilo Copperland (The Police) seguido do encerramento punk com vários pivots no bumbo. Os direitos autorais pertencem a banda.
