This is one of Magnetos basic combo which ends with a Supermove.

It's a strong combo, but the enemy has the possibility to escape by mashing out of Hyper-Grav.

So you should only use it as a corner combo. But you also have the possibility to combo into Magnetic tempest with some assists and if you do this, the enemy won't be able to escape.
