Kithul flour is the starch extracted from the pith of the kithul palm (Caryota urens) trunk. Kithul flour is extracted from kithul trunks through a traditional process.
Today I am Sharing that traditional process


Ingredients

👉For Thalapa
150g of Kithul Flour
400ml of Water
Kithul Jaggery or Kithul Trickle
Salt
👉For gravy
Coconut milk
3 or 5 Peppercorns
3 or 5 Cardamom
Salt
