This session was a bit more laid back than some of my usual videos. I decided to get out and use the Shakespeare 'Catch a Monster' fishing setup to try and catch a monster. With this i had to target the most monstrous freshwater species in the uk. The Pike. I was tempted to hit the river, but decided to opt for the canal as there was slightly better access for casting this 2ft toy rod. I used tail baits, topwater baits and swim baits to make the most of trying to catch a monster on this setup!
