New Zealand's BEST Alpine Hut | Mueller Hut, Aoraki/ Mt. Cook National Park

Mueller Hut of Aoraki/ Mt. Cook National Park is famous for it's stunning views of New Zealand's tallest mountains. The steep 4 hour hike up 1000 meter elevation gain is worth the tremendous 360 degree views of the glaciers, peaks and glacial lakes. You can do this as a day hike, but I recommend staying in the hut overnight to experience the mountain sunset, stunning stars in the night sky and waking to a marvelous sunrise.
