Security within an instance is never a joking matter so it’s important to understand how you can protect the data within your ServiceNow environment and ensure that those who shouldn’t be able to access it, can’t. Access control list rules (otherwise known as ACLs) consists of rules that restrict access to data by requiring users to pass a set of requirements before they can interact with it.
