We went hunting for the best MTB trails in Europe!

Welcome to Street Pigeon's Spanish MTB adventure. In this set of videos I travelled to Ainsa in Spain to look for the best mountain biking trails in Europe. Spoiler alert... I think we may have found them!

Ainsa does have arguably the best enduro mtb trails in Spain, if not Europe. Over our week in Ainsa we got to experience so much MTB singletrack. These are definitely some of the best trails I have ridden in 2022.

The mountain biking trails in Ainsa could be described as the hidden magic of the Pyrenees. The trails were made famous by the Enduro World Series trails in Zona Zero, in 2016 and 2018. We were guided by Basque MTB who have been guiding in Zona Zero longer than anyone and know the secrets to make sure that you get the most mountain biking using their unlimited van shuttles.

Ainsa is home to Zona Zero, a natural trail center, sitting in the southern foothills of the Pyrenees, and is regularly touted as one of the best areas in Spain for mountain biking. The climate is very dry with over 300 sunny days a year, and winters are generally dry with cold nights which give way to cool days. The mountain biking in Zona Zero is fantastic with long, flowing single track descents with plenty of variety.
