YAG Carnival Horizon Cruise 2023

Our 2nd cruise of 2023 saw us board the Carnival Horizon out of Miami for a 6 Day cruise with stops to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel, Mexico.
The boys had a Havana interior room while Janelle and I had a Havana Aft Extended Balcony. The exact room was 6474. It's on the aft/port corner of deck six and features a huge extended balcony. Both rooms also come with access to the Havana area in the rear of deck 5. It's 2 jacuzzis, a small pool, bar and plenty of seating exclusive to cruisers staying in Havana staterooms.
We really enjoy the cruise. This room mostly because of the balcony and Havana area access was probably the best room we've had. I'd put it on par with the Havana Cabana from the Vista but I like this better as no one could walk past your back door like they could with the Havana Cabana.
Taylor's only complaint was there was no Big Chicken on this ship like there was on the Mardi Gras.
Janelle had connection issues with the Carnival hub app. Aside from that, I don't think she had any complaints either.
Julian thoroughly enjoyed himself and had nothing negative to say about anything. He even enjoyed getting teased by one of the comedians during the comedy show. I believe he attended every show and comedy show on the ship.
We had a great time in the ports were we exited the ship. We actually didn't get off in Grand Cayman. They anchored and tendered in and the weather looked sketchy. We'd visited Grand Cayman before and just decided we didn't want to deal with tendering or possibly getting caught in bad weather.
All in all we had a blast as we always do. Despite essentially have our first day stolen from us, it was still a good time.
