I am a real estate agent and a member of our team had her email hacked. Our Admin spent 7 days fighting with GoDaddy Customer service to get the issue resolved.

I spent on the 7th day and spent 4 hours on the phone with both GoDaddy and Microsoft customer service trying to get the issue fix.

I handed the phone off to my partner because I had to leave and after another our the Microsoft rep on the phone had a tech call and fixed the problem in less the 5 minutes
