Chocolate sponge:
18cm form: 4 eggs (separated)
40g cocoa
160g flour
200g sugar
100ml oil
100ml water

Pistachio cake:
4 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
100g flour and 100g of pistachio nuts (or other nuts of your choice)
200g crystal sugar
100ml vegetable oil
100ml water
