The #RBSGraduation23 was an explosion of emotions! 🎉✨

More than 1842 students and a total of 2700 guests with whom we shared memorable moments with, from the surprise performance by our Dean, Antonio Ragusa to the extraordinary turnout of family and friends who supported our graduates in their achievements.

The Graduation Ceremony of 2023 was not just a milestone for the students of RBS; it was a celebration of an entire academic year filled with remarkable achievements. Throughout this year, our students actively participated in a diverse range of activities, including 91 practice labs, 102 events and workshops, 44 Company meetings and 7 International Bootcamps.

This year, with students from 142 different nations, 101 international managers on the Corporate Advisory Board, 274 partnerships with universities in 63 countries, and a faculty composed of 36% international professionals, RBS keeps being a multicultural space that enriches students' professional and personal experience and opens them up to the world: today 38.7 % of students have international careers.

During the graduation ceremony, Antonio Ragusa, Dean of RBS, said, "The world doesn't just need managers; it needs visionaries, leaders who can see beyond profit margins, who understand the interconnectedness of societies, economies and our environment. The world needs you," reminding graduates that "the world around us is evolving at an unprecedented pace, with technologies such as artificial intelligence reshaping industries, economies and societies. Embrace these changes, maintain curiosity and never stop learning."
