Christ Church College was where several scenes in Harry Potter were filmed. The Christ Church Great Hall also provided the inspiration for the dining scenes in the movies.

Christ Church College was founded in 1546 by King Henry VIII, and is among the wealthiest colleges in Oxford. Christ Church has produced 13 British prime ministers out of the 28 educated at Oxford, with notable alumni including King Edward VII, King William II of the Netherlands, a number of Archbishops, and various others.
