I was sitting at home and thinking about what I could do to help people, which because of my mental health issues along with the whole staying away from others thing, was something that seemed impossible beyond my immediate friends and family group - but then I remembered how much ASMR has helped to calm me in my life, and that hey, I have a YouTube channel!

I'm not an ASMRtist (as you can probably tell!) because this is just me speaking into a mic and the sound is terrible, but I thought if it helps just one person then it's probably a good thing to do.

I'm hoping to be able to make more videos with Dan soon, because he's down here with us and obviously he won't be able to travel for a while.

I hope this helps someone, and if it's not for you then that's fine. ASMR doesn't work for a large part of the population (so I've read), and people can react to specific triggers, but I enjoy soft speaking so that's what I have attempted!
