Ingredients Preps

Set A
Pork Belly 500 grams,
(to boil with water 30 minutes
adding 5 pcs sliced ginger &
a tied knot of spring onion)
Let it cool - marinade with
2 tablespoons of light
soy sauce for 20 minutes.

Set B
Preserved Mustard Greens
100 grams soaked for
30 minutes to rid excess
saltiness,
Chopped Garlic 2 tablespoons,
Sugar 1 teaspoon.

Sauce
Light Soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons,
Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons,
Namyue/Fermented Red
Bean sauce 1 tablespoon,
Leow Jiu/Yellow Cooking wine
1 tablespoon,
Dash of White pepper.
