If the father of a minor child dies, the mother is now required to bring up the minor and to look after all the matters regarding minor including management of minor’s property, the mother may intend to take the minor along to foreign country like UK, USA, Canada etc. but for that, the mother is required to obtain Guardianship Certificate from Guardian Court. The mother can also sell the share of minor in the property or properties but she should obtain permission thereof.
