The Forgotten Color For Redfish Flies: BACKWATER VLOG #50

Oooops....I forgot to put the steps in the video like I normally do. So here they are...materials are below as well. 1. Lay down a good thread base and add small lead eyes. 2. Tie in craft fur tail. 3. Tie in rubber legs! 4. Tie in and paler pink Krystal Hackle. 5. Attach arctic fox tail wing. 6. Cover thread with uv gel and zap it.

When I first started fly fishing I remember this color being a lot more popular for redfish than it is now. As it turns out I almost never see this color on social media anymore and I think it is time to bring it back!

Materials Needed:

Tail: Pink and tan Craft Fur
Legs: Rubber Legs of your choice
Body: Krystal Hackle Pink
Eyes: Small Lead
Wing: Fox Tail
Thread: 210 Flat Wax Nylon
