Kimberly and I enjoyed our trip to Four Corners Brewing, a local hotspot. This taproom is alive with art, bright colors and friendly staff! Big deals inside with big screens, games and fun schwag. It’s definitely a place that you should include on your list. The first beer that we tried is called Agua De Maiz, it is an American pale ale, 4.8% ABV and 10 IBU’s. It’s very easygoing and it’s something that you would drink while chilling because it has that very crisp and clean taste. The 2nd beer is their Rye IPA, a solid India Pale Ale with a healthy dose of rye adding body and kick. With 6.7% ABV and 67 IBU’s, this is not for the beer rookie because we bet that you’ll get a lot of bitter beer face as Kimberly did. The 3rd on our list is their Queen Bee, 8.2% ABV and 21 IBU’s. It got a lot of peach off the nostril and taste like honey and has a yeasty finish. Overall it’s subtle peach taste makes you want to chug some more. Then we had their Sandia Fresca - 4.9% ABV and 17 IBUs, our last but the least, it is a light Belgian style beer with fresh watermelon added. If you love watermelon, then this is the perfect beer for you because it smells like watermelon and definitely, it tastes like watermelon!
