If we are unlucky, Article 13 will change the Internet in the European Union considerably as we know it. Article 13 aims to change the legislation for authors and artists in order to provide them with better protection. So far that sounds good, of course. The problem is, however, that the platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud and Reddit can be held responsible for any copyright infringement. Presumably one will still say that it is not my problem. However, the platforms will then probably block everything because it is almost impossible to correctly filter such huge amounts of data. From where should the platforms know who has what permission to upload something. The complexity of copyright issues is just way too big.

Well, unfortunately some people not only copy my animations (because they have no ideas of their own) but even use exactly the same music.
These people may now search for it themselves ;)
