Nick Ramsing joined the CRISP Engineering team in March as the Director of Product Development. He possesses over 20 years’ experience developing IT products and analyzing customer behavior in financial, health, and agricultural markets across four continents. Nick uses his economics background to understand behaviors and incentives of people in various systems and markets. He enjoys leveraging data to perform clustering analysis and applies customer-centric disciplines to craft user personas and customer journeys. Nick also finds joy engaging with users: understanding their pain and what they are trying to achieve; ideating new possibilities with multiple perspectives and crafting valuable customer experiences. He has degrees in Economics from University of California, Davis and Boston University.
