My Canning Marathon | Strawberry Jam, Blueberry Pie Filling, & Pickles - All in ONE Day!

Harvests are coming in like CRAZY right now. Plus, our freezers are both full. So, today was an all day canning extravaganza for me. At the end of the day (video) I had canned 18 jars of pickles, 5 jars of blueberry pie filling and 54 jars of strawberry jam. Recipes I used for each of these, was taken from the 2019 Ball Canning Guide. If you're new to canning, and you're nervous, don't be. It's really not all that hard.
