Mojo injected pulled pork 🐽
This recipe was savory, citrusy, and extremely appealing to the eyes! Perfect recipe for Labor Day! Don’t forget to stock up before Labor Day!
Here’s what you need 👇🏼
3 lb pork butt
La Lechonerna mojo marinade
La Lechonera garlic salt
garlic powder
orange pepper
I'm not including the exact measurements because everyones seasoning is different but remember pork butt is a thick cut and can/needs a good amount of seasoning!
Remember low and slow 250 degrees for the first four hours! You can crank up the heat to 275 degrees to help you get through the stall. Remember you can also have a "late" stall. A late stall is when your proteins is stuck in the 170s. Also, don't forget to let you pork butt rest properly. I rest mine until it dropped to an internal 155 degrees before shredding :) it will still be hot so be careful!
