Welcome to this 20-minute hip mobility routine, where I share 10 exercises for strong and flexible hips. This routine is designed for rock climbers to improve hip mobility for high stepping, frogging, and flagging techniques.

If you'd like to make the practice more challenging, please have a weight nearby, as you can perform some of these movements with the weight to increase the difficulty.
