About Hold on Tight

Have you ever lost someone close to you but you didn’t have an opportunity to say goodbye?
It could be any amount of time since they passed but when you hear a certain song or see a particular movie - you always think of them? Is the pain still really real and do you wish you could change the past?

I wrote this song for my best friend who sadly died on his birthday a few years ago. I miss him every day but I just know he is still here somewhere, watching over me. If you’ve lost someone and you’re having a tough time dealing with it, you might relate.
