my dear friends, today I went to the top of the tree to cook dolma and picked grape leaves. This tree is for our neighbor, but since they can't pick it, they let us pick it and give it to them. I fried the onion slices in oil, then I added chopped green garlic, chicken meat, spices, tomato paste, lentils, cobs, and cooked beans, and finally, I added soaked rice and aromatic herbs to the ingredients.
And I mixed them all together and put them on the stove for a while to cook the ingredients better.
