Disney just brought back two beloved animatronics in one week - Tom Morrow 2.0 and the l Pirates of the Caribbean Barker Bird (now as Rummy in The Beak and Barrel).

Disney World has retired hundreds of animatronics over the decades, from the entire cast of Kitchen Cabaret to over 150 figures from World of Motion. And usually, when an animatronic is retired, that's the last we'll see of our robot friend.
But with Imagineering giving a double animatronic comeback, that got me thinking: Which other defunct animatronics deserve a comeback? From interactive trash cans to grumpy muppets, stolen figures to magical mice, I'm counting down the retired animatronics that deserve to find new life in today's Disney parks.

Some are realistic possibilities, others are pure wishful thinking, but all would add something special back to Walt Disney World.
