Building a Totally Custom Bangka Boat Straight NOW and Bulk Heads Part 5

Today I finish up the straightening the front of the boat and

New series on a Bangka ( pump boat) boat being stripped completely down and customized. In the past I had already chopped off the rear and installed a 25 hp Yamaha outboard which work wonderfully and was fast. I then added a swivel captains chair , dash with steering and forward controls. Now I am completely stripping the skin off and going back with resin coated plywood, custom outrigger beams, custom pontoons that are like mini canoes, sealed bulkheads, sealed hatch area in the front, fold-able sailing mast with perch on the upcoming cabin area. I will also include a wider seating area which will work as walk around boards also. The Yamaha 25 hp is pull start only so it will be getting upgraded with electric start and charging system. The entire boat will get a fiberglass layer and resin. Finally custom painted at the end. Hope you enjoy this series.
