JULY 2024 TIER SHIFTS: Sun sets on OU, but a phoenix rises from the ashes

While Torkoal fell to UU, and along with it the sun, Moltres came out of nowhere from RU and rose all the way up to OU to take its place. Iron Crown joins it to OU from UU while Ribombee and Serperior join Torkoal down in UU. A lot of weird tier shifts like Rhyperior in UU, Goodra-H down to RU and more in the first Showdown tier shifts in three months.
