I'm here showcasing TWO different Rapier Builds, but there are 2 DIFFERENT types of Bleed Builds that you can use and then there is the other build which is the Evade Build.

Something I had forgotten to mention within the video is that you DO NOT want to have more than 1 Bleed build in a group or raid, due to how the bleed stacks work. It's OKAY to have more than 1 person with the same Bleed build as long as only ONE is using FnF (Flourish and Finish).

Which is why it's best to have just 1 Evade if there is 1 Bleed already.

Both builds are the HIGHEST DPS builds in PvE..You will notice a MASSIVE difference between having a Bleed/Evade build in the group and not.
