INGREDIENTS:
Beef short ribs
1 tbsp caribbean spice and roasted garlic https://www.coolrunningsfoods.com/onl...
1 1/2 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning https://www.clubhouseforchefs.ca/prod...
1 tbsp green seasoning https://www.amazon.com/Chief-Premium-...
1/4 cup blended up onion and garlic
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp parsley
3 stems of thyme
1/2 tsp superior dark soy sauce

Mashed Potatoes
4 chopped potatoes
4 chopped cloves of garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup of 2% milk
parmesan cheese
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
seasoning salt to taste
