Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze is Alive | PostMesmeric

Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze had Retro Studios returning (once again) to the Donkey Kong Country franchise, but this time to controversial reception. Was a new Metroid game from the developers really out of the question? Regardless, Retro Studios continued to refine the Donkey Kong series, making one of the best platformers of that age and bringing so much motion and energy to the franchise. DKC Tropical Freeze is alive and well-deserving of being mentioned alongside Metroid Prime as one of Retro's all-time best.
