The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying two persons and a vehicle of interest in reference to an Unarmed Carjacking incident which occurred in the 800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at approximately 5:41PM. The subjects and vehicle were captured by nearby surveillance cameras.
