Happy Sunday Peaches! Today we're talking exclusively about how we can reverse and prevent sun damage. #Sundamage is something that all of us will face throughout our life regardless of where we live. It doesn't matter if you live in Southern California or the Arctic tundra, you will have to eventually deal with the damage that #uvrays can cause to your skin and learn the proper #antiaging methodologies that can counteract that damage.

As you've heard us say many times before, a good majority of the damage that we do to our skin happens before the age of 25. Of course there are many things that we do after that that make it worse or add problems, but this is general idea that we've found to be consistent throughout our years practicing esthetics. The biggest detriment to our skin that all of us face after that age is sun damage. In a perfect world we would all dress head to toe in some form of cloth covering so that we prevent all uv rays from touching our skin; that would prevent our skin from receiving UV rays and thus we would fully eliminate sun damage from our vocabulary. However, because many of us can't/don't do that, we have to account for treating it in our skincare regime.
