Very easy step by step instructions.

NOTE: Please always WIPE the device using 3utools for a fresh iOS firmware installed on your MDM locked device. After your device has been wiped, DO NOT CONNECT TO WIFI! If you connect to WiFi before using this tool, you may accidentally install the MDM profile that prevents the device from using the USB port after! Do not connect the device to wifi after a fresh flash of iOS firmware. Please then follow the step by step instructions below.

Step 1. Register device with iMDM Pro 3 (Instant Registration, takes only 10 seconds)
Step 2. Receive email confirmation that you're registered.
Step 3. Begin Bypass! Follow the steps in this video afterwards.

Here you can open cmd.exe and run: ideviceactivation activate -d

How this works?
This command (ideviceactivation activate -d) will tell the device to activate checking Find My iPhone lock. As long as their is no iCloud lock, this command will run successfully and reply with: Device successfully activated.

If this command fails and you see something like Sign into iCloud account or failed to activate. This more than likely means you also have iCloud lock! You can use iFixTool for A12+ devices to bypass iCloud lock also known as Activation Lock.

Keep in mind, after you completed this step, this does NOT mean MDM is removed. This ONLY means that the device is Activated with no iCloud lock because there is no Find My iPhone lock on the device. After this step completes, we can use iMDM-Pro3 to have the tool automatically create a modified backup that the device will happily accept! After this command runs, you will be able to safely use iMDM-Pro3 to finish the rest of this exploit. iMDM-Pro3 then is able to restore a modified backup created by iMDM-Pro3 for your device which your device then happily accepts and then restores. After the device reboots with the restored modified firmware, the device skips the part where its checking for any MDM profile because the backup tells the setup.app that it has already checked and no MDM lock exists so it happily presents next options to setup the phone or ipad.

Do not Sign into iCloud during the setup screen after it’s Activated and MDM is removed. I highly recommend to quickly skip through the setup and once you're at the homescreen, open Settings app and sign into iCloud account from there. Also do not restore any iCloud backups or iTunes backup. This will remove the bypass and the device might relock, causing you to have to wipe the device and use the tool again.
