How to setup the gap sensor on an Intermec PM43 label printer:

On the right side of the print head there is a blue dial, this blue dial adjusts the gap sensor. The gap sensor is indicated by the blue light. To setup correctly adjust the light until it shines through the gap in the labels. To test you can pull some labels through and you should see the light flash through the gap. Once it is set correctly lower the print head and press the feed button. 5-10 labels should feed out then stop, you can press feed once more and only 1 label should feed and stop right at the perforations.
