Upon inviting herself into Chico’s (JM de Guzman) hospital room, Loida (Irma Adlawan) recalls how the eldest Mabunga caused her downfall. She then larks in delight upon learning that Luz (Sylvia Sanchez) is has no idea that Fernan (Joey Marquez) approached her to finance their son’s surgery. Brandishing her regained freedom, Loida (Irma Adlawan) catches Luz (Sylvia Sanchez) by surprise as she discloses her agreement with Fernan (Joey Marquez). The Mabunga matriarch feels even more betrayed upon learning that Elena (Rosanna Roces) knew about her husband's desperate move. Chico's loved ones begin to regain hope as he finally wakes from coma. Determined to protect her family, Luz makes a move to put Loida back behind the bars. With her freedom on the line, Loida issues threats to Fernan. (With English Subtitles)
